Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Core Java and modern UI/UX frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and business analysts, to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Perform thorough code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation plans.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing expert technical consultation and solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Core Java (J2SE, J2EE).
- Experience with UI/UX frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
