Acquire Intelligence is currently seeking a skilled Configurations Analyst (Contact Center Systems) to join our growing team in Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing NICE CXone and telephony systems to drive superior contact center performance and elevate the overall customer experience. This is an onsite, dayshift position offering a competitive salary of ₱90,000 – ₱120,000 per month.
As a Configurations Analyst, you will act as the technical bridge between business requirements and system implementation. You will ensure that our telephony infrastructure is robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with our operational goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and customize NICE CXone scripts, scripts, and workflows to align with business processes.
- Manage and maintain telephony system configurations to ensure optimal call flow and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center platforms and voice systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and recommend technical solutions.
- Perform regular system audits and performance optimizations to enhance agent efficiency.
- Document all configuration changes and technical procedures for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with NICE CXone or similar contact center platforms.
- Strong understanding of telephony systems and VoIP technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Metro Manila.
- Available to work the dayshift schedule.
