Tanggung Jawab
- Design, oversee, and supervise construction projects for fuel storage facilities and distribution networks
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance protocols to optimize equipment lifespan and operational efficiency
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Prepare detailed technical documentation including blueprints, cost estimates, and progress reports
- Investigate and resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and corrective action plans
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements for petroleum infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction and maintenance engineering, preferably in the energy or petroleum sector
- Valid PRC license as a Professional Engineer
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project) and maintenance management systems
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Proven project management skills with experience in budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency and risk mitigation
- Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
