Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, supervise, and execute construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for public facilities
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and government protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and government stakeholders
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and infrastructure systems

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision and facility maintenance
- Valid Professional License (Civil Engineer/Architect preferred)
- Proficiency in project management software and technical drafting tools
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
