Join Beehive BPO as a Construction Countertop CNC and CAD Programmer and become a key player in delivering high‑quality stone surfaces for residential and commercial projects across the Philippines. In this role you will transform architectural CAD drawings into precise CNC programs, oversee the full production cycle for custom countertops, and ensure every piece meets exacting standards of finish and durability.
You will be responsible for interpreting design specifications, selecting appropriate tooling, writing optimized CNC code for cutting, profiling, and finishing stone and engineered slabs, and operating and monitoring CNC equipment to guarantee consistent quality. Routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of machines will be part of your day‑to‑day activities, and you will work closely with designers, fabrication technicians, and the production manager to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
Beyond the shop floor, you will liaise with suppliers to ensure timely material availability, manage tool inventory, enforce safety protocols, and document programs and process parameters to support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on CNC programming experience with strong CAD skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret CAD drawings, templates, and fabrication specifications to produce accurate CNC programs for countertop production.
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (including cutting, profiling, and finishing) for stone and engineered slabs.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished pieces, ensuring compliance with design tolerances and finish standards.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Document CNC programs, process parameters, and tooling specifications for continuous improvement and audit purposes.
- Manage tool inventory, coordinate with suppliers for material procurement, and enforce safety protocols on the shop floor.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, CAD Technician, or similar role in stone, countertop, or precision manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent; experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with CNC machines, including programming, setup, and operation for stone or similar hard materials.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality, precision, and adherence to safety standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in machining is advantageous.
