Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed construction document sets, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and complex architectural details.
- Coordinate technical drawings with MEP and structural engineering teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on documentation to ensure compliance with building codes and design standards.
- Manage the documentation lifecycle from schematic design through to final construction sets.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for construction teams during the on-site execution phase.
- Maintain and organize project documentation files and drawing archives according to company standards.
- Participate in site visits to verify as-built conditions and support construction administration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in construction documentation for commercial or retail spaces.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential; experience with SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian building regulations and construction standards.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building systems, and assembly methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate design intent into technical clarity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project timelines and meet strict deadlines.
