Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and local building regulations
- Revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback
- Prepare construction documentation and permits
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and project conditions
- Maintain organized digital and physical drawing archives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Drafter
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Valid SIM A license (required for site visits)
- Willingness to travel for project assignments
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations
