Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the station worksite, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, site supervisors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Prepare, monitor, and update construction schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and quality control standards.
- Resolve technical challenges and site issues promptly to minimize construction delays.
- Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily logs, material requests, and progress photographs.
- Ensure that all geotechnical and structural works are executed according to the approved engineering drawings and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in civil construction, specifically focusing on station works, deep excavation, or underground structures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s building regulations, safety standards, and construction industry practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage on-site stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding construction environment.
- Valid certification in relevant safety courses (e.g., BCSS or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
