Bisma Estetika Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Management professional to join our dynamic team in Bandung. As we continue to expand our footprint in the Indonesian construction sector, we are looking for a proactive individual capable of overseeing site operations, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor material usage and inventory to minimize waste and optimize project costs.
- Ensure that all construction work complies with technical specifications, building codes, and company quality standards.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and budget updates.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly to prevent project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related Construction Management field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or construction project management.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project scheduling software.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bandung, Jawa Barat.
