Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and coordinate all construction activities from planning through execution and handover, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
- Oversee on-site operations, supervising construction personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Monitor and control project costs, tracking expenditures, and preparing regular financial reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure work is proceeding according to plan and quality specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale building projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams in a challenging construction environment.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and CAD software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project complexities.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a significant plus.
