Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and financial targets.
- Oversee onsite operations, including subcontractor management, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and ENGIE's internal safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges during the execution phase.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change orders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of materials to ensure cost-efficiency and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the energy or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., BCA, MOM regulations).
- Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, WSH certification) will be highly regarded.
