Enviromate Technology International is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to lead a high-stakes Oil & Gas project in Saumlaki, Maluku. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution of onsite operations, ensuring that all engineering milestones are met with the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical precision.
As the primary onsite lead, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team, manage site logistics, and serve as the key interface between project stakeholders and field contractors. You will be instrumental in driving project delivery within a remote, challenging environment, ensuring that all operations adhere to international Oil & Gas construction regulations and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols.
We are looking for a results-oriented professional with a deep background in large-scale infrastructure projects. You must be adept at solving complex field problems, maintaining project schedules, and fostering a culture of excellence and safety on-site.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise all onsite construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved according to the master schedule.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to manage materials and equipment flow to the site.
- Enforce strict compliance with global EHS standards and local Indonesian regulations to ensure zero-harm operations.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth site operations.
- Monitor site productivity, labor efficiency, and budget adherence, providing regular reports to corporate management.
- Oversee quality assurance (QA/QC) processes, ensuring all construction activities meet technical specifications and international industry standards.
- Implement site risk mitigation strategies to address technical or environmental challenges in the remote Saumlaki location.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction management, specifically within the Oil & Gas or heavy industrial sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, remote-site projects in Indonesia.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, heavy equipment, and project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Expertise in international EHS, ISO standards, and Oil & Gas construction safety protocols.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, multi-cultural field teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Professional certification (e.g., SKA, PMP) is highly advantageous.
