Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise day-to-day construction and mechanical engineering activities on-site.
- Ensure all engineering works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to guide construction teams.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and project milestones.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify potential mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Support the project management team in resource allocation and operational planning.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related construction-focused field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction or mechanical engineering environments.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s construction safety standards and building regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, 5.5-day work week schedule.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage site personnel and stakeholders.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCSS or equivalent) is a distinct advantage.
