Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to final handover and closeout.
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local safety regulations, Hilti standards, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
- Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize delays and financial impact.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations to keep senior management informed of project status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD tools.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RMP) are highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
