Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction operations and coordinate subcontractor activities
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with Indonesian construction standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Certified Safety Officer (K3) preferred
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing budgets over IDR 5 billion
