Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the coordination of MEP services, ensuring full alignment with architectural and structural drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify installation quality and adherence to specifications.
- Manage technical communication between sub-contractors, consultants, and internal project managers.
- Identify, document, and resolve design conflicts or clashes using BIM/CAD tools.
- Monitor MEP progress against project milestones and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure all MEP systems comply with local Indonesian building codes, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Review material submittals and technical documentation for accuracy and performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in MEP coordination or building services management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other 3D modeling/clash detection software.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, fire protection systems, and HVAC standards.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site project schedules and field teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Professional certification in engineering (SKA/SKT) is highly preferred.
