In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company's objectives. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and property developers. Your expertise will help us expand our market presence and increase revenue in the construction sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for construction products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and developers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction sales or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
