Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee architectural and structural design aspects of construction projects
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes and safety regulations
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions
- Manage project documentation and quality control processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural/structural engineering
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
- Experience with construction project lifecycle management
- Certification in structural engineering (e.g., PE, P.Eng) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
