As a Construction Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to oversee all aspects of construction activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including site reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to construction plans
- Assist in resolving technical problems and providing engineering solutions during construction
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment on site
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely project completion within budget constraints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction site engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Certification in construction management or project planning is an advantage
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Melaka/Malaysia
