Join Buma Group as a Construction Superintendent and lead critical infrastructure projects in Indonesia's resource-rich Riau region. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor contractor performance, and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols to maintain zero-incident work sites. Your expertise will drive compliance with technical specifications, resolve complex logistical challenges, and maintain project timelines through proactive issue resolution and progress tracking. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise all site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate and direct multidisciplinary teams including contractors, subcontractors, and labor forces
- Monitor contractor performance and enforce compliance with contractual obligations and safety protocols
- Implement and maintain rigorous HSE standards to achieve zero-incident work environment
- Resolve on-site technical, logistical, and interpersonal issues promptly
- Track project progress and report milestones, delays, and resource requirements
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in mining or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., SMK3) highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
