As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the precision and structural integrity of our large-scale construction sites.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of modern surveying equipment and software, ensuring that all physical constructions align perfectly with design plans. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of surveying tasksāfrom initial site assessment and setting out to final as-built documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise site measurements, including topographical surveys and control network establishment.
- Execute accurate 'setting out' for structural elements according to approved engineering blueprints.
- Maintain rigorous control of elevation and horizontal positioning throughout the project duration.
- Conduct regular site inspections and verify construction accuracy against design tolerances.
- Prepare comprehensive 'as-built' drawings and documentation upon project completion.
- Perform detailed volume calculations (cut and fill) for earthworks and project material management.
- Generate clear, concise daily and weekly survey progress reports for project management teams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelorās degree (S1) in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Construction Surveyor or Land Surveyor in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in operating advanced surveying equipment such as Total Station, Theodolite, Digital Level, and GPS/GNSS RTK.
- Strong command of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying data processing software.
- Deep understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and safety protocols.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex geometrical data.
- Willingness to be stationed in Maros and work effectively in a field-based environment.
