Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee technical execution of construction projects ensuring compliance with engineering specifications
- Prepare and review technical drawings, construction methodologies, and quality control plans
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical discrepancies
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for project stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and project timelines
- Optimize construction processes through value engineering and technical innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology
- Minimum 3 years of technical engineering experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project)
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Valid engineering certification (e.g., AKI/PIPI) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and technical documentation skills
- Experience with infrastructure or large-scale building projects
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
