Maynilad Water Services, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Consultant for Common Purpose Facilities (CPF) to oversee and optimize the joint operations of critical water infrastructure shared among the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS), Maynilad, and Manila Water. In this high-impact contract role, you will provide critical management expertise to ensure the seamless, efficient, and equitable operation of shared facilities, safeguarding water security for millions of residents across Metro Manila.
As a key liaison and technical advisor, you will navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, drive operational excellence, and implement best practices in facility management, resource allocation, and joint venture protocols. This is a unique opportunity for an engineering or utility management professional to play a pivotal role in the region's vital water infrastructure management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level management and technical expertise for the effective operations of Common Purpose Facilities (CPF) shared by MWSS, Maynilad, and Manila Water.
- Coordinate and facilitate technical meetings, joint operational planning, and conflict resolution among key stakeholders and concessionaires.
- Monitor and evaluate the operational efficiency, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation of shared water distribution and treatment assets.
- Develop, review, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and emergency response plans for shared facilities.
- Analyze operational data, prepare comprehensive technical performance reports, and present actionable recommendations to the joint management committee.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, environmental policies, and concession agreements governing the shared infrastructure.
- Oversee cost-sharing computations, asset management audits, and joint capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals for facility upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary/Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in water utility operations, large-scale facility management, or heavy infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholders or working within joint-venture/tripartite agreements, ideally involving MWSS, Maynilad, and/or Manila Water.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, water distribution networks, and large-scale hydraulic infrastructure.
- Excellent project management, contract administration, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and executive-level discussions.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities in high-stakes utility operations.
