- Develop and implement comprehensive Continuous Improvement frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate engaging workshops to build CI capabilities across departments

- Design and deliver training programs to embed CI methodologies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement or consulting
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Master Black Belt)
- Expertise in DMAIC methodology and process mapping tools
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading executive workshops
- Proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
