As a key owner of analytic projects, you will play a pivotal role in improving the business by leveraging data to uncover trends, optimize processes, and deliver deep insights that resonate with stakeholders.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design robust analytical solutions. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of analytics projects, from data collection and cleaning to advanced modeling and final reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and own end-to-end analytics projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large and complex data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify business trends and growth opportunities.
- Translate technical findings into clear, compelling business recommendations for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with product managers and client stakeholders to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to drive operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
