We are currently seeking a highly skilled Consultant Lead to join our Professional Services team, specializing in Asset Finance solutions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our cutting-edge Asset Finance related technologies, functioning as a direct client-facing expert.
You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions. Your expertise will drive the successful delivery of projects, ensuring our clients maximize the value of their FIS investments. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, project management excellence, and strong interpersonal skills to manage expectations and cultivate long-term client relationships.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end implementation of FIS Asset Finance solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, managing expectations and providing expert guidance on solution capabilities.
- Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and design workshops to translate client needs into functional specifications.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and validation of complex financial workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and consultants.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, offering robust solutions to ensure system stability.
- Travel to client sites as required for on-site assessments, workshops, and go-live support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing Asset Finance, Leasing, or Lending software solutions.
- Proven track record of managing complex, client-facing implementation projects.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, database management, and API integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Agile are highly advantageous.
