Our well-established HR Consulting client, Daya Dimensi Indonesia (DDI), is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Consultant Learning and Development to join our dynamic Learning team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that drive organizational growth and employee performance.
As a Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing organizational needs, creating impactful training solutions, and facilitating high-quality learning experiences. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our learning programs align with business objectives and best practices in human resource development. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides.
- Facilitate training sessions, seminars, and coaching programs to ensure knowledge transfer and skill application.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through post-training assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to customize content and ensure relevance to specific business units.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Learning and Development to continuously improve program quality.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and provide regular reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Learning and Development, consulting, or instructional design.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE model).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
