Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex oculoplastic and reconstructive surgeries, including eyelid surgery, orbital trauma repair, and lacrimal surgery.
- Lead and manage a clinical caseload, ensuring high standards of patient safety and care.
- Conduct comprehensive ophthalmic examinations and formulate accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Mentor and supervise junior doctors, residents, and medical students in the operating theatre and clinic.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for the management of complex ocular and periocular conditions.
- Engage in clinical research and contribute to the department's academic and training goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, infection control measures, and professional regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) with valid registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
- Completion of specialist training in Ophthalmology.
- Postgraduate Fellowship in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery (FRCS or equivalent).
- Proven track record of clinical excellence and surgical competence in a tertiary setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
