Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging training workshops on conformity assessment and regulatory compliance.
- Provide expert consultancy services to clients to ensure alignment with international standards.
- Conduct gap analyses and internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, manuals, and assessment tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality management systems.
- Mentor clients to achieve certification and maintain long-term compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Consultant or Trainer in the quality management or compliance sector.
- In-depth knowledge of conformity assessment standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949).
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Professional certification (e.g., IRCA Certified Lead Auditor) is highly preferred.
