RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a high-performing Consulting Sales Assistant Manager to join our elite team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales efforts specifically within the Design & Build sector, leveraging your extensive expertise to secure high-value contracts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in construction sales and a proven track record of navigating complex tender requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with REDAS Design and Build Conditions of Contract (CoC), acting as the primary bridge between our technical QS consultants and potential clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end sales strategies for Design & Build tender projects, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Coordinate with internal Quantity Surveying (QS) teams to prepare accurate, competitive, and technically sound tender proposals.
  • Interpret and apply REDAS Design and Build Conditions of Contract (CoC) to all active tender documents to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key industry stakeholders, developers, and project consultants.
  • Perform market analysis to identify emerging construction trends and project opportunities within the Central Region.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and market feedback to senior management to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the tender submission process, ensuring all technical and commercial criteria are met within strict project timelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in construction industry sales or business development.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a QS Consultant or working within a QS environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of REDAS Design and Build Conditions of Contract (CoC).
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value tender projects in the Singapore construction market.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications for sales purposes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard project management tools.
