Lexmark International is looking for a dynamic Consumables Management Specialist to join our high-performing team in Cebu City. In this hybrid role, you will be the backbone of our end-to-end consumables fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive the high-quality service they expect from a global leader in printing and imaging solutions.
As a Consumables Management Specialist, you will manage voice and non-voice support channels to resolve order inquiries, track shipments, and troubleshoot fulfillment discrepancies. You will collaborate with internal logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to provide seamless service experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process for customer consumable orders via voice and non-voice channels.
- Proactively track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and resolution of shipping bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order modifications, and inventory queries in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics and warehouse operations to resolve supply chain escalations.
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product compatibility and consumable replenishment.
- Analyze order data to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to management.
- Uphold Lexmark’s service level agreements (SLAs) while ensuring high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, order fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and maintain high productivity in a virtual/in-office environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries professionally.
