Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert consultation on auto financing products, interest rates, and eligibility requirements.
- Assist customers through the end-to-end loan application process, including documentation and submission.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for auto financing portfolios.
- Cross-sell and up-sell related banking products to maximize client value and revenue.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients and referral sources.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all loan applications and compliance with bank regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
