Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Consumer Healthcare Merchandiser to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the face of our brand in retail environments, ensuring that our high-quality consumer healthcare products are perfectly displayed, easily accessible, and strategically positioned to maximize sales.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our market presence by collaborating closely with sales teams, marketing departments, and retail partners. Your ability to build relationships and your keen eye for visual merchandising will directly impact our brand's success. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute retail merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement and stock visibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit inventory levels and ensure compliance with planograms.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with retail store managers and staff.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing to provide actionable market intelligence to the management team.
- Ensure all POS (Point of Sale) materials are displayed accurately and in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock replenishment and address out-of-stock issues proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence retail stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Kuala Lumpur area.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
