Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound customer interactions across voice, chat, and email channels
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and accuracy
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and CSAT scores
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide informed support
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (native or bilingual proficiency) and English
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or contact center role
- Strong verbal/written communication and active listening skills
