Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with detailed and accurate records
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on company products and procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local dialects
- Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
