Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and banking products
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security standards
- Continuously update product knowledge through training modules
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call centre experience
- Fluent in English and Filipino with clear communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and Windows proficiency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
- No prior banking experience required (training provided)
