This full-time role offers you the opportunity to become the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional service while resolving banking inquiries, transaction issues, and account-related questions. You'll work in a supportive environment with comprehensive training programs and clear career progression paths. Our onsite processing every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday ensures a streamlined application experience. As part of our global network, you'll gain exposure to international banking standards while developing transferable skills in communication, problem-solving, and financial services.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and banking products
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhere to compliance protocols and security standards
  • Continuously update product knowledge through training modules

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • 6+ months customer service or call centre experience
  • Fluent in English and Filipino with clear communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Basic computer literacy and Windows proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
  • No prior banking experience required (training provided)
