Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience (BPO/call centre background advantageous)
  • Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in computer applications and typing (minimum 25 WPM)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
