Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards
- Provide accurate information about HSBC products, services, and policies
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (BPO/call centre background advantageous)
- Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in computer applications and typing (minimum 25 WPM)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
