Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve complex banking inquiries.
  • Analyze customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
  • Adhere strictly to global banking compliance, data privacy, and security standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate efficient problem resolution.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including quality assurance and productivity targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on financial regulations and product enhancements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or international banking contact centre is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and web-based tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
