- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle documentation and compliance tracking
- Conduct comprehensive supplier validation assessments and performance audits
- Develop and implement standardized enablement processes for client teams
- Analyze contract terms to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization points
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Generate performance reports and data-driven recommendations for process improvements
- Maintain accurate contract databases and ensure regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in contract management or supplier enablement
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to contractual details
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM) is advantageous
- Experience with cross-border supplier validation processes
