Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate daily operational performance to ensure process stability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support for process troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to execute continuous improvement projects.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance process safety and reliability.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, process deviations, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Lead and participate in plant modification projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering departments to streamline cross-functional workflows.
- Monitor equipment health and recommend predictive maintenance strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an industrial or petrochemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of process safety management (PSM) and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and technical English.
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
