Tanggung Jawab
- Define and document contamination control requirements for complex modules and systems.
- Develop and implement cleaning processes and validation procedures for parts and sub-assemblies.
- Conduct regular cleanroom audits to ensure strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with design engineering teams to identify contamination risks during the R&D phase.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for contamination-related quality failures.
- Oversee the performance and qualification of cleanroom equipment and filtration systems.
- Provide technical training to production staff regarding cleanroom best practices and handling techniques.
- Maintain technical documentation and compliance reports in alignment with international cleanliness standards (ISO).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contamination control or cleanroom manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding of particle physics and surface cleaning technologies.
- Proven experience in ISO 14644 cleanroom standards implementation.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools for contamination measurement and testing.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on statistical process control.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
