Tanggung Jawab
- Create original, platform-optimized content for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Develop content calendars aligned with brand messaging and marketing objectives
- Produce written, visual, and video assets including blog posts, infographics, and short videos
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations
- Assist in managing community engagement and responding to user interactions
- Research industry trends and competitor content strategies
- Collaborate with design team on visual content development
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideation
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related Bachelor's program
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Active social media accounts with personal content portfolio
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content analytics
