Tanggung Jawab
- Execute complex data migration tasks across various platforms (CMS, CRM, and databases) ensuring zero data loss and maintaining high accuracy.
- Audit existing content and database structures to identify inconsistencies, formatting errors, and missing assets.
- Clean, format, and standardize large volumes of text, images, and metadata to meet specific content standards.
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure assets are correctly integrated into the new system.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance (QA) testing on migrated content before and after the official launch.
- Document migration processes, troubleshoot technical issues encountered during the transfer, and provide status updates.
- Manage tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks to ensure the project timeline is met without compromising quality.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in content migration, data entry, or digital asset management within a professional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors or discrepancies in large datasets quickly.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) or Google Workspace for data manipulation.
- Basic understanding of HTML, XML, or JSON is highly desirable.
