Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies
- Identify and report inappropriate content, including hate speech, harassment, and other violations
- Apply content moderation policies consistently and fairly across all platforms
- Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records of decisions made
- Collaborate with team members to address complex moderation cases and policy questions
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on platform guidelines and best practices
- Provide feedback to improve content moderation tools and processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn moderation tools quickly
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and maintain emotional resilience
