Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Identify, flag, and report policy violations, including hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.
- Communicate with users regarding content removal or account restrictions when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of moderation actions and user interactions.
- Stay updated on evolving content policies and safety trends.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly welcome).
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin; strong command of English is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot nuances in language.
