Tanggung Jawab
- Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms
- Assess content against community guidelines and safety policies
- Make decisions on content removal, approval, or escalation
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in moderation actions
- Document and report policy violations or trends
- Collaborate with team leads to improve moderation processes
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Stay updated on policy changes and guideline updates
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with sensitive or challenging content
- Basic computer proficiency and internet navigation skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Pasig City
