Tanggung Jawab
- Review and moderate user-generated content including text, images, and videos in accordance with community standards.
- Identify and escalate potential safety risks, violations, or emerging trends to management.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity levels while adhering to strict turnaround time targets.
- Support the team in improving internal moderation workflows and quality assurance processes.
- Stay updated on evolving platform policies and safety guidelines to ensure consistent decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user reports and community issues.
- Document moderation decisions clearly and concisely within the internal ticketing system.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in Content Moderation, BPO, or Customer Service is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle policy violations.
- Proficiency in navigating various digital platforms and internal software tools.
- Ability to maintain emotional resilience and objectivity when reviewing sensitive or graphic content.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at our Mckinley site.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to decision-making.
