Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to ensure it complies with community standards and safety policies.
- Identify, flag, and remove inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to user inquiries, reports, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team leads.
- Analyze trends in user behavior and content to provide insights that help improve community policies.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to develop best practices and ensure consistent enforcement of guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of moderation activities and provide accurate reporting on key metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platform updates to adapt moderation strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong internet connection and a reliable personal computer or laptop.
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable content.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with tact, discretion, and emotional resilience.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online culture.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
