Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas
- Develop and implement process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement techniques

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement or operations management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
