- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and time studies to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement Kaizen events, 5S, and standard work practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and cost.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on Lean principles.
- Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement or Lean roles.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics environment is a plus.
